Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire house and all its available amenities. While we won’t be available in person, you can reach out to us through the booking platform, text/call, or email. We are very responsive from 8 AM to 10 PM.

Other things to note

Pool Information:
The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Friday. Leaves and other natural debris may occasionally blow into the pool. This does not constitute a reason for a refund, provided the pool is safe to swim in. If you notify us, we will be happy to try and arrange for the pool company to service the pool as soon as possible.

Trash Collection and Outside Maintenance:
** The trash collection is every Saturday morning. Someone will put the trash bins on the curb the night before collection and return them after collecting the trash.
** We have regularly scheduled landscaping and exterior maintenance on the property.

Inside Fireplace:
The fireplace inside the house is purely ornamental and not functional, designed exclusively for display and decor.

Please note that we do not provide cable TV at the property. However, we have a Smart TV available, so you can easily log in to your favorite streaming services like Netflix, Prime, and more. Perfect for a relaxing escape or a productive work trip, this home is ready to host you!
